TRANSPARENT CORPORATE CULTURE
The supervisory body of Meran 2000 Bergbahnen AG has presented all values and laws as the basis for corporate action in the organizational model in accordance with GvD 231/2001, which all shareholders, employees, and stakeholders must adhere to. The organizational model in accordance with GvD 231/2001 is continuously being improved and further developed.
In order to actively participate in the improvement of processes and activities, but also to confidentially report possible violations of national or European law as well as internal company rules, this independent address has been set up directly to the supervisory body of Meran 2000: aufsichtsstelle@meran2000.com.
Insured
on the slopes
From January 1, 2022, according to Italian Legislative Decree No. 40 of February 28, 2021, every skier, snowboarder, tobogganist, and ski tourer is required to have valid personal or family liability insurance that covers, among other things, damage or injury to third parties.
Please check in advance whether you already have such insurance. Otherwise, you can take out insurance at our ticket offices and in the Meran 2000 online shop at the same time as purchasing your ski passes.
When you purchase insurance, your personal data will be managed by AIG Europe S.A. General Agency for Italy—Piazza Vetra, 17—20123—Milan, acting as an insurance broker. The broker stores the data and manages insurance sales electronically in accordance with general privacy regulations.
It is important to keep your ski pass. The AIG sNOw PROBLEM insurance policy is linked directly to your ski pass and is only valid in the event of an accident within the Merano 2000 ski area during operating hours. In the event of an accident, AIG Europe S.A. must be contacted in writing by registered letter with return receipt within 10 days of the accident:

Please enclose a brief description of the accident or the claim form, the insurance document with the relevant ski pass, and the form (Anhang 3) for reporting claims to AIG Europe Insurance.
