Summer Kids Festival

A day full of adventure, nature, and children’s smiles: around 250 children took part in the popular Children’s Festival at Merano 2000. With perfect weather, the mountain area once again became a large playground for families from across the region. Along hiking trail no. 3 from Piffing to Naifjoch, children enjoyed a variety of interactive stations created with the Youth Service Bolzano Land. The focus was on alpine life, wildlife, and mountain nature, explored in a fun and hands-on way. Each child received a stamp card and collected stamps by completing tasks at the stations, with a small surprise waiting at the end. Activities ranged from traditional and sporting challenges to culinary and creative experiences, including the traditional Goaslschnöllen, Kaiserschmarrn preparation, and archery.
